The terms for using Mount Batur Jeep Tour: our role, the booking platforms' role, and where our responsibility stops.

What Batur Jeep is
Mount Batur Jeep Tour (mountbaturjeeptour.quest) is an independent guide to the Mount Batur jeep tour. We research, write and publish information and point you to tours you can book. We do not run tours, sell tickets, take payments or hold bookings.
The place you actually book
Any booking started from one of our links is a contract between you and GetYourGuide, or the tour operator, signed on their site and under their terms. They answer for the ticket, the tour itself, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds.
The jeep prices
Every price here is a starting price, rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Amounts that a platform quotes in another currency are converted at the European Central Bank's reference rates, so they are near but not exact. Only the price and open dates the booking platform shows before payment are binding.
How far to trust the details
We verify what we publish and name our sources. Still, pickup times, meeting points, routes and rules are decided by operators and authorities and can change without notice, and weather, road conditions, events or an operator's decision can alter or cancel a ride. Read the details of the listing you book before paying.

The commission we earn
Our tour links are affiliate links: book through one and GetYourGuide pays us a commission, while your price stays the same. We choose which tours to feature ourselves.

The limit of our liability
Use of the site is free. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In every other case we are liable only for breaching an essential obligation, and only up to the damage that could typically be foreseen.
Governing law and later versions
German law governs these terms. If you live in another country as a consumer, the mandatory consumer rules there still protect you. We may revise these terms, and the version online on the day of your visit applies.
